NASA Management Office (NMO)

INTRODUCTION: The NMO Contracts Management Section (CMS) is responsible for the management of prime contracts with 1) the California Institute of Technology (Caltech) for the operation of the Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL); 2) Johns Hopkins University/Applied Physics Laboratory (APL) for the Aerospace, Research, Development, and Engineering Support Contract; 3) the Governments' of Spain and Australia for operation of the Deep Space Network Communication Complexes; and 4) other organizations supporting NASA missions.
